Synchronicity!

 

One of my favorite words of all time, synchronicity. Which means,  meaningful coincidences. 

Ever have one of though moments when you think of someone then the phone rings and it is them?   Or you have not seem someone for a long time and been wondering about them then they appear? 

I love when it happens!  It is like all the stars have divinely lined up.

I lost contact  with someone very special in my life about 4 years ago.  I had tried many times and in many different ways to find this person.  Always coming to a dead end.  The last I had known he was not doing well and was lost in the journey of life.  I often wondered if he was even alive.  No one seems to know.  He just vanished.

Saturday evening I went to see a movie, The Soloist.  All throughout the movie I thought of him.  The movie was an example of some of  the  same choices in life my friend had made.  The movie was excellent.  True and real.  Not Hollywood true and real, but life’s true and real.  His life.

I walked out of the movie and, yes you guessed it, there my long lost friend stood.  Alive! 

There is a plan, one of wonder.  The right place at the right time…
