Staying the course.

 This is from www.tut.com

Yesterday I watched a small bird, flying very fast, disappear into the canopy of an oak tree. So dense were its leaves that it was impossible to see what happened next, though I can tell you it remained inside.

I wondered how the little bird found its opening through the leaves at such a speed, and then managed to gently align its fragile body on the branch it chose to land upon, all within a fraction of a second. Not to mention the impossible to imagine flying maneuvers required: the banking, the curling, the vertical and horizontal stabilizations, the deceleration and landing.

Memory? Calculation? Not in that tiny brain. Instinct? Maybe, but how does instinct know which way the branches of a tree have grown when no two are the same?

That little bird just knew. It had faith, in spite of not being able to see how things would work out, that if (and only if) it stayed the course the details would be taken care of; that an opening would appear and a twig would be found. In fact, had she slowed down enough to carefully and logically inspect the tree first, the prudent thing to do, she would have lost her lift and fallen to the ground.

Kind of like reaching for your dreams. Neither memory, nor calculating, nor instincts are the deciding factors, but faith coupled with action.

WARNING: staying the course is NOT the same as clinging to a HOW.

On-going Transformation 2

Watch what you are thinking about!

Is your thoughts in-line with your intention for your life?  The words we tell ourselves and send out to the universe need to be  in-line with that intention.  We can’t say one thing and think another, it just does not make sense and therefore will not create what you want.  There’s a phrase used by the most successful people in the world; ” fake it until you make it.”  Now that doesn’t mean to lie to yourself or anyone else, it means to take that which is already inside of you and let it out until it becomes your true place of thinking from.  Replacing the I can’t with the  I can, the I’m not to I AM.

”I’m living a life of pure happiness.”  Therefore everything that comes out of my mouth and every thought I think supports that intention!  If I say or think something different from that then I stop back up and re-do.  I’m in continued awareness of my life being pure happiness and everything that happens along the way  an opportunity to support that intention.  Even when something doesn’t go as planned I look for the purpose in the lesson that is being place in front of me, learn from it, and apply it to my life in pure happiness.

Mike Dooley says is best,  “Thoughts become things, choose the good ones.”

Do-overs !

I want to plug  www.tut.com again!  The message I received yesterday morning could not be any more on course with what I’m doing.   Coincidences?  I don’t think so.

Consider signing up for this personnal message to you very day.  It is great inspiration.

Oh yeah, Derinda, I forgot to tell you…You get as many “do-overs” as you like. Of course, you never know you’re living a “do-over”

until it’s over.

There are lots of reasons for wanting a “do-over.” Most of all, people

want another chance to do things they were afraid to do the first time,

and to say things they were afraid to say. Oddly enough, it’s not their

mistakes they want to rework, but their “unused” minutes.

Yeah, pretty nifty, but you should know that it isn’t any easier the

next time, and because no two ever go exactly the same, the gifts,

opportunities, and loves of one, never appear the same way again.

Never.

So all in all, it’s better to live as if there are no “do-overs,” so that you

won’t need one. But I thought I’d share this with you anyway, to work

in the bits about fear, mistakes, and how precious today’s

opportunities really and truly are.

Good Morning! Yep , I’m back!

Good Morning!  As we started this day may we all remember the true essence of who we are, where we come from and our unlimited possiblities of where we can go.

Forgetting 2 Remember is all about that.  Bridging the gap between fear and love.

We all function from these 2 places in our lives.  We either react from a place of fear or we react from a place of love.

How many times has something that you feared come to be?  Sometimes we set ourselves up for failure just by the messages that we are feeding to ourselves.  “This will never work”, ” I don’t deserve happiness”, “Why do I always get stuck  with all the crap?”

Wayne Dyer says it best in his book, The Power of Intention. ” When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

Today is such a great day to look at something different. From a place of love!  “This will work beautifully for me and the gifts I get from this experience will shape a better tomorrow”, “I deserve all  of  the happiness that I want and today I will seek every opportunity to have it”,  “All that is poured on me today is a gift to make me stronger, more grateful and more  present with each moment of the day”.  Wow! That feels better!

Mike Dooleys moto is: “Thoughts become things…so choose the good ones!’ Which brings me to a website that I want to share with you. www.tut.com  click on the underlined words to open his site  and sign up for a FREE message personally to you each day from the Universe.  It is a great start to each day!

May your day be filled with great things!  And tonight may you be thankful for all the gifts that you have received.

Much love & peace
